My asset class of choice currently is real estate, specifically multifamily or apartment buildings. Real estate investment can provide a stable source of passive income through cash flow (now money), long term capital appreciation (later money) and a hedge against inflation. One of the best things I like about real estate is that it allows me to have more control over my investments, unlike stocks and bonds. Real estate gives me the power to choose properties I invest in and manage them in a way that meets the needs of my investors.
